Hippo Cloud supports the transfer of cloud phones between user accounts. The transferred cloud phone can either retain all apps, files, and other information, or it can be restored to factory settings before being transferred. Supporting services (excluding exclusive IP) can be transferred with the cloud phone, but not separately. This operation is conducted between users, and any risks and losses caused by operation mistakes will be responsibility of the user.
What cases are not allowed to be transferred?
1.The trial cloud phone is not allowed to be transferred
2.Cloud phone with expiration time less than 24 hours is not allowed to be transferred
Operation process:
1. Click the avatar on the top-right corner - [Cloud Phone Transfer]
2. Please carefully read the pop-up "Phone transfer and risk description". Once you have confirmed, click "Continue" to use.
3. Select the cloud phone that you wish to transfer(the supporting services will be transferred with the cloud phone), and then click "Next".
4. Enter the recipient's hippo cloud account, choose whether to retain the app data, confirm the details, and then click the "Confirm" button to complete the transfer.
