Phone Order & Renewal

1. Cloud phone order

1) Login to enter the Hippo Cloud Phone batch control system. Click the yellow button [Shop] in the upper right corner of the page to enter the order page.

2) In the [Shop] pop-up window, you can choose the model of cloud, order duration, order quantity and payment method according to your needs.

You can also choose the service packages. But if the cloud phone expires, the service packages will be cancelled automatically.

3) About payment. If your account has sufficient account balance, you can use it to pay. If your account balance is insufficient, you can choose Paypal as the payment method.


4) Open auto-renewal. In the cloud phone order page, you can choose whether or not to activate auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is only for customers who have account balance, the system will disable some or all of the services if there is not enough account balance, so please make sure you have enough account balance after activation.

5) After successful payment, the newly purchased cloud phone will be shown in [default group]. If you have any problem after a successful payment, you can directly contact your customer service.

2. cloud phone renewal

1) Click [Shop] button in the upper right corner of the page to enter the renewal page.

2) Click [Renew] tag, select the cloud phone that needs to be renewed.

3) Select the order package and supporting services, click to pay.

4) After successful payment, the cloud phone and services will be renewed. You can also view the expiration details of each cloud phone in the cloud phone preview page.
