Customer service hours during the Spring Festival holiday are as follows (all in Hong Kong Time, HKT):

February 16th (Chinese New Year's Eve): 11:00 - 15:00
February 17th to February 25th (1st to 9th day of the Lunar New Year): 11:00 - 24:00
