Hippo Cloud BlueGenie Box Purchase Plan
Dear users, Hippo Cloud platform is about to launch BlueGenie Box, with two built-in Android 13 cloud phones, 128GB internal FLASH storage, 8GB computing memory, 8-core CPU, plug and play, distributed deployment, and automatic acquisition of local real IP and location information. Only for use outside Chinese Mainland.
Specific purchasing process:
1. Register an account on the Hippo Cloud platform using an available email address;
2. HKD 3000 per unit. Purchase BlueGenie Box before October 30, 2025 for a limited time and receive one year of free after-sales service (including hardware equipment, software systems, and maintenance services), for a total of two years.
3. If users need to purchase supporting services for the BlueGenie Box cloud phone, or purchase other types of cloud phones on the platform, they need to recharge and purchase separately.
4. We promise that SF will deliver the goods and bear the freight within 7 working days after receiving the full payment from the user. We only support mailing to the territory of Chinese Mainland, subject to the logistics information. Please consult for other requirements.
5. Returns are not accepted after equipment procurement. If there is a cloud phone failure and the device needs to be returned, please notify us as soon as possible and send the device back. We will provide the user with compensation for the duration or amount depending on the actual situation.
6. The device has an anti disassembly code. Any consequences caused by the user dismantling the device without authorization shall be borne by the user. Once the anti disassembly code is damaged, we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or other after-sales requests.
7. The after-sales technical support contact time during use is 10:00-24:00 (Hong Kong time);
Purchase consultation with customer manager on WeChat or Telegram, consultation time: 10:00-20:00 (Hong Kong time)
Special reminder: Beware of fraud risks! We support Alipay, WeChat, corporate remittance, USDT payment (BlueGenie Box do not support paypal). See the Hippo Cloud Help Center (hippocloudphone.com)for the official collection account. Please be sure to verify the fund flow information through the official platform to avoid property losses!
The final interpretation rights belong to Hippo Cloud
