1. Pre check the expiration status of cloud phones and related supporting services, such as cloud phones, IP proxies, device masters, etc; Users who have purchased exclusive IP agents are advised to renew their subscription in advance before the holiday to prevent business damage caused by delayed responses from IP operators during the Spring Festival period.

2.Account recharge

Users who have activated automatic renewal should check their balance in advance to ensure it is sufficient.

3.Customer service acceptance

Customer service working hours during the Spring Festival (Hong Kong time): 1.28 (New Year's Eve): 10am -3pm; 1.29-2.8 (first to eleventh day): 11am-24pm. We apologize for not being able to reply promptly when visiting relatives and friends. We will contact you as soon as possible.
