About Streaming Acceleration
Dear users，
Some mainland users logging into the overseas version of Hippo Cloud may experience delays, lag, and other issues when operating the cloud phone. We provide streaming acceleration services for users in Chinese Mainland who use Hippo Cloud to make cloud operations more smooth.
If you feel sluggish during use, you can contact customer service to apply for a 5-hour acceleration test for a single cloud machine. After the test, you can purchase a traffic acceleration package through customer service or enter the supporting service by yourself. Single cloud machines can be purchased through a pipeline with a single acceleration package.
