Move Cloud phone between groups, Important ！

Move the cloud phone to another target group, and you can choose to keep the apps on the cloud phone. However, if the operation is not done properly, all apps on the cloud phone will be uninstalled.

Important instructions, must read before operation!

The cloud phone will be installed and uninstalled according to the application list of the group. Therefore, if you need to keep the current app and data in the cloud phone, the transferred group app list must have the same version of the app, so that the transferred cloud phone app and data will not be deleted.
For example: there is "facebook" in the current cloud phone, if the transferred group is not added or the version of "facebook" added is inconsistent, facebook will be deleted in the current cloud phone after the group is transferred; if you want to keep facebook, the transferred group You must first add the same version of "facebook".

Note: When the group is transferred, the app that has been protected will not perform the uninstall operation.

Operating procedures：

1. If you want to move the cloud phone in the 123 group in the figure to the 345 group, you must first add the [sensor] app in the 345 group, so that the cloud phone in the 123 group is moved to the 345 group. won't change.

If there is no [sensor] app in the 345 group, the app on the cloud phone will be uninstalled after moving.

The picture above is the app of 123 groups [sensor].

2. How to add [sensor] app in group 123?

Please see the picture below is the app of 345 groups, there is no sensor app in it, the sensor app must be added before the cloud phone transfer between groups.

So what should we do when there are unduplicated app in the 123 group and the 345 group?

1. If the 123 group has but not in the 345 group, then the unduplicated app will be uninstalled after the transfer；

2. If the 123 group does not have but the 345 group has, then after the transfer, the cloud will automatically install all the apps in the 345 group. Duplicate apps will not change and data will not be lost.

For example:

The 123 group and 345 group apps are repeated, but the versions are different.

If the app version of group 123 is higher than the version of group 345 moved to, then the installation will not be performed and the original version will be maintained.

The version of the app added to the 123 group is lower than the app version of the 345 group, then the app of the higher version will be automatically installed after the move, and the app data will not be lost.

3. After confirming the above operations, click to select group 123, open [Phone grouping], select [Move phone between groups], select the cloud phone to be moved and the group to move to, click OK and enter group 345 to see the move The cloud phone that came over. Apps will also display as you set.
