1、Alipay、WeChat

After scanning the payment, please contact the online customer service on the right side of the platform to provide the account and remittance voucher. After verification, the converted Hong Kong dollars will be deposited into the designated account.

2、 USDT

The specific operation is as follows:

1. Users can add a Telegram account: hippo_2024 or contact platform customer service. They do not accept communication and remittance through social media apps within China such as WeChat and QQ.

2. Currently, only USDT TROND (TRC20) chain payment is supported.

3. We will not bear the USDT handling fee and will convert it into Hong Kong dollars based on the actual amount received by us.

4. After payment, please send us your Hippo Cloud account and remittance address . After verification, the converted Hong Kong dollars will be deposited into the designated account.

The minimum recharge limit for the above remittance methods is 50HKD, and no refund will be accepted in any form after successful recharge.
